The prices this place charges are ASTONOMICAL. I work in healthcare and I was appalled at our bill for a simple sick visit for my son. AVOID this place at all costs unless you can verify your insurance will cover the bill entirely. Expect to pay 3x what a typical urgent care visit would cost. Care was fine overall, but very time inefficient.

Such a crap of medical service this valley has… they don’t answer the phone EVER they don’t call you back as they say they will. It seems a joke that when you need medical assistance there are not first responders in Eagle County!!!!

I am generally happy with the care I get from CMM, however, their system to receive faxes for blood draw orders from outside providers is terrible. All the faxes go to one number - hundreds of them. It takes them forever to go through them and add to your chart. My provider had sent it a week before I showed up to get my blood drawn. They had a confirmation it was received. It never showed up in my chart even though the cover letter specifically said to add to my chart along with my name and DOB. The Eagle office gave me two direct numbers for my provider to try which were both bad (disconnected) numbers. I would like to thank the staff (particularly Annaliese) at the downstairs Urgent Care for expediting my blood draw order by providing their fax number. The order was for a fasting blood draw. It was very stressful that I spent almost an hour and a half trying to get the order before my blood was finally drawn.

I was not able to get into my primary care physician for my yearly checkup. I didn't like the feeling of that, but had to schedule with the physicians assistant. It turns out, I had a great experience, and felt like she was excellent. There is a lot of doubling up with the new shift to technology, but grateful they get great people in the supporting roles.

As many people have pointed out, CMM and Vail health as a whole have a lot of issues. They are not well run from an organizational standpoint. As others have pointed out, in particular communication is an issue. They literally NEVER answer their phone. But the doctors are good. In particular Dr Leve the pediatrician is EXCELLENT! I really really love the care that she gives my infant son. For general family practice stuff, I would definitely recommend Valley View's Eagle Valley Family Practice across the hall over CMM. They are a much better run organization overall. But, they do not have any pediatricians. For me, it is worth dealing with the poor organization in order to see Dr Leve. But if you aren't looking for a pediatrician for your kid, you're better off at Valley View.
