Cara Mia Dermatology - Englewood

Jackie was Rude and dismissive yet again. I don’t go to dermatologist regularly because of this very reason. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to deal with her, the first time I thought… maybe a bad day seems like that is not the case, there will not be a third as this seem to be the official normal. I’m a human being with human problems I’m not just a number and dollar sign. DO BETTER!!!

So very much appreciate the team here at Meridian. Despite scheduling confusion generated by their outsourced phone support team the night prior, resulting in my arrival early the next morning as directed to the Castle Rock office in the midst of a snow storm, the Meridian team worked appts around and got me into their team within the next couple hours. Either I was lucky or it was due to a quality team,…but either way it was obvious that they cared enough to try hard to help me. Thank you so much!

I saw Lila Orr for filler this week. My 1st time having filler. She did a great job numbing me, it did not hurt at all. Lila took plenty of time w/me discussing my treatment plan as I was not exactly sure what I wanted, she was very consultative and helpful. I am very pleased w/my results. Lila is an excellent provider, very experienced, over 20 years in cosmetic derm and I would highly recommend her! You will be just as pleased as me!

Terrific experience with Dr. Mammino. He was the consummate professional and handled my needs with concern and care. His staff were also very professional and courteous.

My Doctor was decent and polite enough I suppose, but the whole experience was rushed. I didn't leave there feeling cared for. I had questions I couldn't ask because they were shoving me out the door before I could. "Sorry this is rushed, I have a lot of people waiting." This is why you don't over book. Doctors are supposed to give a crap in my opinion. The room they put me in was also ridiculously hot, I actually sweat in there and I'm not a sweaty person. Ultimately I did get my two main concerns answered. I will try again in a month after my blood work and update if needed.
