Love This Place! The reception Ladies were welcoming & helpful. Check-in was easy. Miss Allison (PA) was amazing & took care of my "spot" immediately! I will definitely go back if I have any other skin issues.

I was charged $370.00 for a visit that was ineffective at best. I went into the visit with a pre cancer spot on my forehead and I discussed with the doctor that I didn't want a big spot on my forehead where they had frozen it so she suggested just doing it a little bit and it was ineffective and now it is red and is still growing as far as I can tell. I would like to request a refund.

Worse dermatology place I’ve ever been too. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Front desk staff didn’t even look at me when I checked in. Doctor rushed through my appointment, and told me I had to make separate appointments for each of my areas of concerns to be addressed. They sent my prescriptions to an online pharmacy without telling me and I was unable to access those prescriptions for weeks, instead of sending my prescriptions to my local pharmacy that I listed on my paperwork.

Personally feeling pretty frustrated at them today. I went in for an initial consultation last week, and immediately scheduled a follow up appointment for surgery a week out. When I showed up for my surgery, the appointment was never added to their schedule and I was forced to reschedule. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s unacceptable to make scheduling errors like this at a medical facility. I had to use 10 hours of PTO for the appointment and recovery which is being wasted by errors being made. My prior experience was very positive but I am feeling quite miffed that my time is not being respected. If their policy is that patients have to pay a fee for no-shows or late cancellations then the same should apply to the office for not respecting the appointment being made. Thank you.

Saw Dr Ali Bailey....very kind, efficient & took time to explain all my questions. Staff was very kind & professional. Very satisfied with appointment overall.
