I got lazer done a couple of years ago and was promised that they were the “best”. I was promised a touch up each year after spending hundreds of dollars. They have been ghosting me for the last two years just frustrated after spending so much money. I leave messages and am sent to voicemail. When I get ahold of them they say there are no appointments available and that they never promised free touch up’s as part of my initial treatment. Just tried again today and all of their contact phone numbers say they are not in service.
Dr. Wideman has been my healthcare provider for 6 years now! In all that time, her and her team have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Communication is always quick and easy. I feel very lucky to have found direct primary care, it's sad but true that I would not get such kind and personalized care from the traditional health care system. If you are debating whether or not to join her practice, I can assure you the only regret you will have is that you didn't join sooner!
My last review for Dr. Wideman from Google was removed. But, I am happy to leave another one. I was a patient of JDs for about 5 years, and stayed 3 years too long. I really clicked with JD when I met her. I was promised we would get to the bottom of my Hashimotos and why I felt so terrible, but then she preceded to put bandaids on instead. She ran test after test, sent me to a specialist for Rheumatologist where we got no where. I felt worse and worse. Yet when I left and found a functional doctor, they got to the root after the first month. I was told they only took a certain amount of patients, which I question. Most of the time, after the second year, I felt she never knew who I was, confused me with other patients, didn't seem to keep good notes. There was never any follow up or follow through. She started off strong and went downhill fast when she couldn't find an easy solution. My DHEA was low so instead of getting me on DHEA she put me on her expensive diet pills that contained DHEA and said "you looked like you've gained weight". I gained 4 lbs and wasn't concerned about my weight. I asked if they had caffeine because I don't do well with caffeine and she said no they didn't, which they absolutely did. I had a horrible reaction $200 down the drain. Thing always fell through the cracks with her and there was always excuses, somone else to blame, she was never once accountable. At this time I have had two doctor offices that have request my records from her office, multiple times, and she isn't giving them. Petty. I really wanted to like JD, but I really don't respect her as a doctor.
I had a great experience at Jane & Jayne’s. The building is adorable & clean! Amber was very sweet & knowledgeable, walking me through the process & procedure for Exilis. In total, she did 4 sessions on my neck & jawline over 6 weeks. I love the results! Excited to go back for more!
Dr. Wideman and Nikki have been amazing. Much different than any other type of care we've received from the more traditional type of doctor offices throughout the area, and we have tried a lot! She provides a personal connection and care that I haven't found anywhere else. She always makes sure we are taken care of and that we understand what is going on. No need to feel dumb asking questions! I trust our whole family in her care!
