Xanadu Med Spa

I’ve been coming here for some time now. With my busy schedule I never know when I can come in but I typically call and am lucky and get in! Avery is such a sweetheart and so thorough! She is so kind and absolutely talented. My skin looks and feels amazing every time! They have very nice and helpful staff and a cute puppy Lola!!!

I enjoyed my full body massage with Spencer. Spencer is truly the best, better than all the rest. I would recommend anyone to come in and enjoy the atmosphere and treatment I experienced. God Bless Xanadu.

My first experience at Xanadu was great! From the initial call to the day of my appt. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by each staff member. When it was time to pay they even helped me save $40.00 on my already discounted special! Thank you!

I had the possibly the worst facial from Avery Sat January 11. I bought the groupon 110 minutes facial. I got so minimal message on my face, hands and feet. Barely scrub, feel like she rushed through. While the red LED light was on my face. She sat there did nothing till the last 5 minutes, I got scalp massage. And the worst, the mandatory tip of $40. Seriously, I believe tipping is for customers that feel satisfied. When my daughter gave cash $100 for $40 each tips, casher gave her only $10 back. I feel the whole thing was a scam.( My daughter did like her facial with extraction, massage on her arms and feet.) Which, I didn't get by the way. I had never had such bad facial by anyone. Owner need to do Serous evaluation. I was planning to go back on Monday and have another service done, but canceled it after getting my facial.

Long review incoming but I will start by saying I am so impressed with Xanadu and the staff is amazing. I went to Xanadu in November to look into options for my double chin that has driven me crazy for years. Genetics unfortunately. It had gotten to a point where I wouldn’t let my husband take a picture of me and I was pretty much constantly avoiding mirrors unless I absolutely had to look in one. I just hated looking at myself. I went in to talk with them about Kybella but I was steered towards a new procedure called Attiva. It was marketed to be a fat destroying/skin tightening procedure. The before and after pictures looked incredible, almost too good to be true. When they asked if there was anything else I had ever thought about dealing with, I mentioned I had two tattoos that I wanted to get rid of eventually so they threw in 4 laser removal sessions for free, which was incredible! In December, I had the Attiva done. The procedure is definitely interesting (get the nitrous added on, it helped with anxiety and pain immensely!). Minimal bruising and discomfort afterwards. I was excited to see how my face would progress for the next few months. While I definitely did see a difference in my face, I was disappointed to see that there wasn’t a huge difference in my double chin. It was definitely a moment of disappointment and thinking I would never be free of this insecurity. I went back in on March 1 for the start of the laser tattoo removal and the staff apologized to me, saying they have learned that while the Attiva is great for skin tightening, it does not destroy fat. They felt awful that I hadn’t achieved my goals with the initial procedure they recommended and to remedy that, they would offer me ways to achieve my goals at no further cost. I was blown away. I cannot recommend Xanadu enough! They really care for their clients and want them to come away feeling amazing and confident. I am so happy I chose to go with them and THANK YOU for helping me with these years long insecurities!
