Castle Dermatology & Laser Center - Greeley

They didn’t removed the bump in me forehead completely, there was small part still there, told them about that after one week, and they said it will go by itself, but I feel something under the skin, called them and they refused to fix that, and they will charge me again if I asked for a new appointment. This is an update to my previous review. They contacted me, removed the bump, and scheduled another appointment to remove the new stitches—all free of charge. I believe there was a miscommunication initially. I had reported my complaint to another office, but after calling the Greeley office and explaining everything, they scheduled an appointment for Friday, 01/24/25. The doctor successfully removed the remaining part of the old bump. Thank you all for your prompt response and professional care!

Marcus Webb, PA has been very professional, helpful, and has excellent follow thru when I have needed treatment for a skin condition. I've also seen Dr. Castle and have had great experiences. I highly recommend this dermatology office!

Went in just to see if I could get someone to look at what I had going on . 15-30 minutes later it was already removed and out the door . By far the best doc visit Iv ever had . 10/10

I was seen by Dr. Marcus Webb— he is very kind and friendly. All the other staff are super friendly and helpful as well. It was quick getting in, no long wait time for me, and the doctor spoke to me almost right away. The whole exam process was easy and it was my first time at a dermatologist so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. It was just like going to my primary care doctor. There’s not a ton of advertising for cosmetic procedures which was a nice surprise because even my doctor’s and orthodontist’s offices have a lot of that stuff available that they advertise. Everything is very clean and there’s quality hand sanitizer on every counter. I appreciate this facility and their medical professionalism.
