The service Jean and her staff provide is exceptional. Everyone is professional, friendly and truly caring. The environment is calm and relaxing. I run my own business so having a place to go where I get trusted and reliable care, along with a break from my hectic day, makes the experience worth every penny. Jean has an extensive knowledge base of not just skincare, but overall healthcare and she openly shares this information with her clients. With all the misinformation out there it is a bonus to get tips about health and skin care from someone I trust. I also love that there is never a hard sell when I'm at the spa. I feel that I'm getting just the right amount of skincare for my current needs. As those needs change, I trust that I will continue to get honest advice on what will work best for my skin.

I came in to see Jean for extractions. Having seen multiple esthisticians over the years I think Jean ranks in the top tier. Extraction is not a comfortable process anywhere you go, but your face shouldn't come out looking more beat up than it did before you came in. Of the five ladies that I've seen, only two have addressed my breakouts without leaving my face looking raw. I'm not sure if it's because they don't soly rely on that dreaded looped tool to press on your skin, or if it's because of the high frequency device used in the end, but Jean is one of the only two ladies I'm willing to see for facials and extractions.

I was quoted more $$ over the phone while setting up my appointment, however I was given a discount at the time of payment due to it being my first time there. As a veteran of beauty spas and these types of services, I really appreciate when I can walk in get what I asked for and not be offered or pressured into buying more products. The service was great at a fair price. Will be returning. Thank You 😊

I have suffered from adult acne for the better part of the last 10-15 years. I had come to accept it, but it was something I was sensitive about. As an anniversary gift - from my very generous boss - I received some treatments from Jean. In our first appointment, she asked what my fantasy was for my face. I told her that I wanted to be able to touch my cheeks and they be smooth, I didn't dare say that I fantasize that I might look like I never had acne, because that was too unrealistic a request - and I hate to be let down. And so we began with several Hydrafacials to clear up the deep congestion my face was experiencing. I was very happy with the reduction in congestion, but it revealed deep pocks and raised scarring on my face that I hadn't been able to notice before. Then we began the Dermapen treatments. Immediately, I noticed the scars were flattening and the pocks were filling in. My new thrill was waking up in the morning to see how much my skin had improved from the week before. My cheeks were becoming smooth!! Lots of people in my life were commenting on the results of the treatments. It made me feel very good that other people were happy for me too, it must have shown in my expression and smile. The best part was meeting new people that hadn't known the extent of my acne scarring and if I happened to mention that I was undergoing acne scar treatments, they would be dumbfounded - "why?" I was asked, "you have such beautiful skin!" HA!!! let me tell you, that will never get old - never in a million years! When Jean sent me the before and after photos, I must admit, I cried. I think I looked at myself with blinders before, I didn't even realized how awful my skin looked, I think it was too painful to look at directly. Now I have a confidence that extends much further than I have ever known. I didn't even know how much my acne was affecting me until I no longer had to see it. It is a wonderful and liberating feeling. Thank you, Jean, I will never be able to express what you have done for me, not fully.
