Ideal Image Lakewood

I have been a loyal customer of Ideal Image for about three years, but their service has gone completely downhill. They have canceled multiple appointments on me due to "lack of staff," which is already frustrating. But the most recent experience was the last straw. After repeatedly calling me with promotions, I finally gave in and scheduled an appointment. They confirmed it online, via text, and with a phone call—only to cancel on me later that same day! When I asked if they could accommodate me in any way, they refused to squeeze me in. To make matters worse, when I decided I had enough and asked for my records so I could go elsewhere, they wouldn’t provide them. After years of being a paying customer, I expected at least some level of respect and reliability, but they’ve made it clear they don’t value their clients. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend. **update** I want to update my review to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from Val, the new manager at Ideal Image. She personally reached out to address my concerns and was incredibly thorough in resolving the issue. Val took the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and ensure that things were made right. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I appreciate the effort she put into making this a positive experience, and I feel much more confident in the service provided. Thank you, Val, for going above and beyond!

I had my first Botox experience today and am very impressed. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable! I will be a regular here and highly recommend. Their prices are reasonable as well.

The staff is very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. The office manager was also fabulous in crafting a personalized package for me and assisted with financing to fit my budget. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to go! The Nurse was amazing and listened to everything I had to say before treatment. She also looked amazing and not at all unnatural!!
