Apex Dermatology Littleton

My whole family goes to Lee Dionne and she's a treasure. Kind, gentle, smart, definitely knows her stuff...and those sparkling eyes make appointments seem like fun! Highly recommended. She's popular though so book appointments early.

When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was rude and kept talking under her breath. I asked her to speak up many times and she snickered at me. At the appointment, Gabi, the PA assistant, was wonderful. She was warm and kind. Kristin Rygg, PA came in and was pretty cold towards me. The appointment felt rushed. I didn’t feel like a human in her care. I felt like an object she moved around and looked at. She spoke so quickly it was hard to grasp everything she was saying and noting. After she removed a few moles, I had questions but she ran out of the room so quickly, like her house was on fire, that I didn’t have a chance to ask. I won’t be back here. What is wrong with our healthcare system? 😞

Dr. Chevalier was completely AWESOME. So was her assistant, Natalia, the lady and the gentleman at the front desk, and Brittany, who got rid of some sebaceous cysts on my face. I felt so welcome, and did not feel at all judged like I usually do at a dermatology office. Everyone was extremely helpful and efficient and I walked away feeling really good about myself. I highly recommend this doctor!! She listens to you and is very understanding and explains things well. Thank you so much to the entire staff, what a great way to start my year. 💜

I have never spent so little time with a provider during an appointment before… I visited for the first time this week with a PA, Michelle. I have never seen a dermatologist before but any hopes I had of it being a good experience were pretty much squashed. Twice, in about the 5 minutes I spent with her, I started to explain a concern I have and before I could finish speaking she had a tool on my body without warning. Then, spoke so quickly it was hard to follow. She prescribed something for my scalp (only reason it’s 2 stars instead of one, I’m hoping I get relief). But she didn’t really give time for questions about any other products I use on my hair and if I should continue use. And then when I expressed concern about acne she dismissed it as hormones because I’m nursing a baby and didn’t even give me space to say it’s something I’ve struggled with pre pregnancy with my 3 year old. She told me to come back if it doesn’t clear up, but I definitely won’t go back. My appointment with an $80 copay lasted less than 10 minutes from when the MA got me… super disappointing. (The MA was super nice though!)

I just completed my annual exam with Leslie Mazur. As in past visits, she was very thorough, and very knowledgeable as she addressed some specific concerns I had. She relieved a lot of stress for me! I was also pleased with her office staff, all of whom were welcoming and efficient. It's comforting to be able to rely on a medical professional and I would absolutely recommend her.
