The clinic’s staff is very disorganized. M appointment was scheduled, then I was called and told it was cancelled and then two days later they called to remind me of the appointment. The worst thing they did was send the WRONG medical records to my doctor in Houston, resulting in a 3 month delay and a wasted trip and co-pay.

Spencer and staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind , understanding of my daughter's dermatology needs. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were really happy with the professionalism and friendly way in which he explained the procedure for serious skin cancer surgery. Highly recommended! He also speaks Spanish. All the studio stuffs were understanding and very kind to us. So a big thank you to everyone!

A few months ago, I visited this dermatology clinic, motivated by persistent acne problems I’ve had for years. With high expectations, I went to my appointment, where I was initially attended by an assistant who standardly gathered information about my history and the reason for the visit. This process seemed appropriate to me, as I understood it was part of the preparation for the consultation with the dermatologist. However, my experience took an unexpected turn when the doctor Spencer arrived. Despite repeating the same questions I had already answered, I was expecting a detailed evaluation of my condition. Contrary to my expectations, the doctor did not perform a physical examination of my skin; he remained at a distance, limiting himself to prescribing an expensive cream without a clear diagnosis or an in-depth analysis of my problem. The consultation lasted only five minutes, which was not only surprising but also disappointing. The lack of a detailed examination and the brief duration of the consultation left me feeling that my situation was not taken as seriously as I had hoped. The interaction lacked the level of professionalism and empathy one seeks in a specialist, especially in a field as delicate as dermatology. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. I believe it is essential that healthcare professionals provide careful and personalized attention, truly seeking to understand and address their patients’ concerns. Unfortunately, this was not what I found at this place, which is why I decided to cancel my next appointment and seek care elsewhere where a more comprehensive and considerate approach to the patient is prioritized

Waited 3 months for an app I would give this place a negative star if it would let me. If you don’t have insurance it cost $121.91 to walk in the door. They spent approximately 2 minutes with me, address 1 spot on my scalp 1 on my leg cost $296.00 for that. $417. 91 later What a rip off would not recommend this place to anyone. I don’t usually write reviews but this place shouldn’t be in business.
