I really enjoy the service here. The staff are so sweet every time I come. Heather is a nurse who does my botox and lip filler. She always explains things to me so thoroughly, answers all my questions and is so kind about what I want to enhance. I never feel rushed and I feel she is gentle and very good at what she does. 🙂

This is my 3rd time receiving a hydrafacial at this spa and I have to say it is always fantastic! The staff is wonderful and the estheticians are knowledgeable and tailor the experience to fit your skin needs. I had Danielle this last facial and she was fantastic, she made the experience relaxing while being very thorough. My face left GLOWING!!! Highly recommend this spa. Will be back for more!

Edit: I see the owners reply stating she could not reach me. That is a bold lie! I spoke with her on several occasions. She refused to offer any solutions that weren't insulting. She even disputed my request for a refund for the botched job. I should post the records I received from the credit card company with her ridiculous excuse as to why she should keep my money! This spa is a joke! Do not go here for fillers!!! I went in for lip fillers and decided I wanted to focus on my nasolabial folds instead. The injector Heather, stated that placing filler below my cheekbones would help. I had some lumps when I left, and my injector said it was normal. Later, I contacted them about my results twice and explained I was concerned. They told me everything was fine, and when looking at me, accused me of pushing my tongue into my cheek to make my face look the way it did!?! (My face looks best when I am not talking or making any expression) As soon as I open my mouth or make facial expressions, you can see lumps in my face. They offered to dissolve the product on my dime when I went in to have them look at me (I paid over $1300 & now I need to pay more to fix it?) but in the same breath told me that my face was fine and to give it more time! I left there feeling like I was being paranoid and I just needed to be patient. I even sent a text to the spa apologizing!!! Fast forward to a few days later and a friend asked me, "What happened to your face?" (I was asked this on several occasions) I finally decided to get THREE separate opinions from professionals in the industry. They all gave me the same responses. POOR TECHNIQUE, POOR PRODUCT PLACEMENT AND POSSIBLE POOR PRODUCT CHOICE, and I should not expect my results to improve. The product should have never been placed where it was. So here I am paying over $1300 because I signed their waiver and I will have to pay elsewhere to get these fillers dissolved because I will not allow them to touch my face again. They still stand behind their placement and technique! Please be careful! I assumed by choosing a nice spot, that wasn't the cheapest by far, that I was paying for experience and professionalism! I was so wrong!

Danielle is a great aesthetician. She really made a difference with some bothersome skin tags and is very informative as to each step in the process. Haley is the front desk person who greets you with a wonderful smile and joyful energy.

I just love this place ❤️ Donlyn is awesome!! She's been doing my Botox (and other nessities) for a couple years now. The place is very welcoming and cozy. The entire staff are always very friendly. Every month there are great new specials and extra savings for members. I highly recommend Skin perfection.
