Vanguard Skin Specialists

I recently had a concern with a skin treatment that I'd had with Van Guard and needed to seek medical advice or additional care to resolve my concerns. I was able to reach support staff, with their office, that relayed my concerns to their care team and was then able to be seen for additional evaluation. The provider slightly adjusted my course of treatment and encouraged me to contact their office if any of my concerns continued. Throughout the entire experience I felt that I was treated with respect and compassion. All of the front office staff and support staff as well as the provider were kind and reassuring that they truly cared about my concerns. I would recommended this medical option to anyone needing dermatology care.

The staff is always super helpful. The nurses make you feel comfortable and take the time with you. My provider Megan Stimpson is the absolute best. She is personable, caring, and professional. I had some real issues and she helped me every step of the way.

I am extremely disappointed with Vanguard Dermatology. I drove 65 miles for what was supposed to be a surgical appointment, only to find out they had scheduled a regular appointment instead. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. To make matters worse, their only solution was to reschedule my appointment and to “comp” me for the appointment in which I was sitting—the appointment in which they told me they had made a mistake. They also ordered no compensation for the time or gas I wasted—when they a multimillion dollar medical practice. Driving 65 miles isn’t trivial. The lack of accountability from their staff is deeply frustrating. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time. I expected more professionalism and will think twice before trusting Vanguard Dermatology again.

Everything one at Vanguard is so nice. They’re also very professional. The doctors talked with me not AT me. I felt comfortable and at ease—despite my nervousness. I already have recommended Vanguard.

I really enjoyed going there. The staff is amazing and the doctor that is tending to me. He got right to the heart of the matter and I have felt a whole lot better ever since. Truly truly amazing people and staff. I would recommend anybody
