I am extremely picky with my skin care providers. Dr. Eivins is amazing! When it comes to the dermatology aspect of her business she handles every inch if your skin with extreme care. I have never before had such an in depth anual checkup. Every inch is covered and her kind loving beside manner makes you comfortable as she inspects your skin. On her aesthetic side of her business she is a true artist and treats your face and body as she would want her own treated. I have had several of her treatments .. laser, botox, filler, and every time I love the results she gives me. She refuses to do anything that is over the top and un natural. I am confident and comfortable in her hands!

I have had great luck with this office. I am happy that they come to the office in Craig, instead of only being in Steamboat. They have always been great to deal with. I have dealt with Dr. Eivins and her P.A. Skye. Both were easy to get a long with. My young daughter who doesn't like doctors liked Skye the last time we were in for a checkup. Definitely recommend this practice.

The staff (with exception to the front desk) in this office are horrible and provide such poor customer service. I have been disrespected here numerous times and misinformed on procedures concerning expectations and outcomes. When seeking advice, responses have often been vague (especially during an encounter with Skye the PA) and with other staff, giving me the impression they are not very confident or know what they are talking about. To get important information I have often had to pry to get straight answers which are often not very straight. Skye’s bedside manner and communication was very poor. During visits staff have repeatedly forgotten to mention important post procedural items such pain management and follow up scar treatment. I look forward to UC health staffing a Dermatologist here in Steamboat and in the meantime do yourself a favor and avoid this practice.

My 18 year old daughter had a rash all over her body for about two months. She was treated by other dermatologists but didn't respond to the medication. Until we met Dr Eivins. She looked at my daughter and immediately came up with a more precise diagnosis. After taking the oral medication for a week, my daughter's rash cleared up noticeably. Dr. Eivins continued following up with my daughter directly, because at this point my daughter had moved to a different state for college. She called in for topical refills promptly to a local pharmacy afterwards. We are impressed by her skill and knowledge, more importantly by her personal care and attention given to the patient.

Well-exams are a ways out (about a month or more) but if you need something looked at they're very responsive. Very nice atmosphere; professional and efficient; great communication. Big fan .
