Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I went into the office because I had an allergic reaction causing my neck and chest to break out in a horrible rash. They took a biopsy and sent me away without any medication. They said it would take 7-10 business days to get results. It took 3 weeks and 4 days. They finally prescribed me something for the horrible rash after I was persistent on not getting my results from my labs. In the meantime, I had to purchase something over the counter to relieve the horrible itch and swelling. Horrible!! I should have gone to my primary care Dr instead. One thing I will say they were QUICK to send me my bill.

Came to this dermatology because I though it had a high reputation, I had 2 procedures done on acne scars. A day after,1 of the procedures got infected. When I was brought in for a check up they said it was going to be fine, even though it looked highly infected. 1.5 years later my skin is still healing from the damage it went through. When I spoke wit the facility they said I signed a waiver acknowledging something like this would happen, did not offer to fix it or suggested a route to heal it back to normal. I was told errors like this happen all the time like in the construction industry! Imagine that. They are a business that focuses on $$ not on success. They have left with my with a scar worse then when I initially came in with.

The lack of organization and communication within the Westminster office is astounding. I have had multiple instances where I have had to come back to the office to retake a test in the last few months, 3 times to be exact because the doctor and assistant failed have the knowledge or do things right 3 times!! 3 times I have gone in and wasted my time and money. They wanted me to come in a 4th time to do this all over again!!! With no updates or communication from your staff. I was constantly following up and I was constantly reaching out and trying to figure out what was going on. This is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful of my time and money!! It is unacceptable for patients to be treated with such a lack of response and care. A professional environment should prioritize patient care and communication, neither of which I have witnessed during my multiple visits. Patients deserve a healthcare provider that prioritizes professionalism, respect, and effective communication. I will be seeking care elsewhere and will not hesitate to share my experiences with others. I highly suggest not going to this office for any care. Definitely don’t use Doctor Ella Rakowski or her Assistant Jazmine.

Literally the worst experience ever. Made the appointment weeks out, showed up early, waited in line. Then was told my appoint was scheduled out for another two weeks. No calls or emails. Nothing. I did my part, why are you guys failing to do yours? We made this appointment and where counting on it as I am in a lot of pain. Can’t believe they are putting me through this. Unprofessional, disgusting, vile behavior. Messing with peoples health.

Saw Dr. E for the treatment of my child’s acne. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Together we created a plan of action. Great care! Thank you!
