It was my second time on the hair chair at Silvana Dayspa & Salon in Bristol, Ct. First time with Lee Anne, this time with Willow. Very friendly staff, the salon is nice and clean. I received the gorgeous job with my color, cut and blowout. Literally exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. Always treated like the most important person in here! Top quality work in a soothing environment. If you are looking for a great place to have your hair done - look no further! Wonderful assortment of products to keep your hair looking great as well. Amazing place! Was my first time at Silvana Dayspa & Salon. The atmosphere was relaxing, very professional starting from manicure, pedicure, massage to the facial. Facial room…. shelves full of products. The owner and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect. I feel immediately relaxed - and leave feeling rejuvenated. Just a special place that should be at the top of the list for any spa lover. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Wow!! I just had the warm bamboo massage with Mary. It was the best massage that I have had! She communicated with me about what I was wanting and needing. Mary knew exactly what to do to take care of my sore muscles. I feel like a new woman now! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The spa itself was clean and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend Silvanas to anyone looking for a spa service!

Best pedicure I've had in years! It was a terrific spa experience. Relaxing and professional. My feet looked and felt terrific. I will definitely be a repeat client.

First experience was wonderful. Second experience was horrible. Cut multiple times by nail file, was left with gobs of scrub and lotion stuck to my legs , horrible pedicure and treatment. Other employee who had her back turned the entire time 15 ft away told the owner she didn’t see any wounds on my feet , owner unwilling to hold new staff accountable for her treatment of me. Instead banned me from the facility instead of just apologizing and making sure that that individual doesn’t do my services anymore. Owner had no interest is hearing what I had to say. Very rude and dismissive. I would have gone back to the original person who did my service whom was wonderful but the owner has no interest in keeping new clients. If you have any issues here, don’t bother letting them know, they ignore your concerns and ban you.
