I tried this place for the first time for their diamond facial/microdermabrasion, and I cannot say enough great things. The environment was wonderful - so clean and luxurious. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. My aesthetician Susanna was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through the whole service, explaining everything about my skin and why she made the recommendations she did. I left feelings flawless and like I went to skin college. She made recommendations for purchases without being pushy, and gave me options at multiple price points. What an amazing experience… I CANNOT wait to go back!

The professional and welcoming environment at GMS really pleased me. I had a lovely chat with Amber before she did my Botox injection. The price was reasonable considering the level of service I received and expensive location, and there are deals for first-time clients.

I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Neidyn. She did an amazing job on my facial. Neidyn asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorize my skin type and which products will help me with my acne. Neidyn took care of all my needs, her hands are healing! Felt relaxed the entire time. Very good communication she informed me of each product that was used. She’s very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend her services. She is beyond five-stars services!

I had the pleasure of having IPL with Jackie Sirgant today. She is absolutely wonderful at what she does and put me completely at ease. I highly recommend her and Greenwich Medical spa. ( Cos cob ) such a lovely environment!!

I decided to check out this Spa after countless hours of research and reviews and I could not have been more pleased! Everyone was super welcoming. Amanda was great and listened to all of my concerns. The Botox came out so perfect (and natural)! Can’t wait to come back.
