The office is exceptional in appearance, i didn’t have to wait longer than 10 mins to see the doctor. However my actual appointment lasted no more than 5 mins. The doctor just recommended me the most popular over the counter hairloss product and sent me on my way. For $50 i was hoping to get more comprehensive care during my visit instead i got the same medical advice i could have gotten online from just about any dermatologist article. When i told them my feelings about their clinical findings they kept their mouth shut about my dissatisfaction and quickly made their way out of the exam room. If your looking for quality, comprehensive care from providers who care about your time and money this is not the place. I wanted to like this place but was severely disappointed.
The following is my opinion. Went for a nosebleed consult with Dr. Batti. The consult lasted around 15 minutes but he billed $875 for the appointment. Dr. Batti quickly looked into the nose and that look was billed at $625. There was no notice that this look was going to be billed as a seperate procedure. We expected to be billed for a normal office visit but this office is not transparent with their charges. I would not recommend this medical practice. I contacted the Attorney General's office regarding their billing practices.
I just waited almost 3 months for this appointment. When I made the appointment we went through my insurance and all the other information. A few days ago I received an email to verify all my information online which I did. Just got here early for my appointment today which of course I had to alter my plans and work to be told that they do not take my insurance. It's unbelievable the incompetence and disregard for people's time!
Poor service, even worse bedside manner. Stay far away and find another practice if you can. EDITED TO ADD: I received a generic response to my complaint from this Dana woman who posts to every negative review this scam office receives. I did call her the very next day and left a voicemail. I’m still waiting for a response. This was well over a month ago now. Thanks a lot, Dana.
My husband lost the top of his finger on Friday- Danbury Hospital said to call this place- only to have them say no one can see him until the end of the week. Diana did absolutely NOTHING to HELP HIM and was extremely dismissive of my husband. Shame on you. I don't know what is going on with this facility- but there's a HUGE lack of common human compassion and decency. Not to mention, they are breaking the law. After being discharged from a hospital, they are required to see you within 48 hours.
