Integrated Dermatology Of Enfield

Excellent experiences in all respects. Very thorough in their exams, very respectful, courteous, professional, friendly… from all the staff. Most times I’m seen within a few minutes of scheduled appointment time… longest wait once was 20 minutes. I have been going there for over 5 years for check-ups and have recommended to friends. My main contact is with PA Michael Lund and Dr. McCusker, both of whom showed exceptional concern and care everytime. I usually don’t write reviews but after seeing such extreme of 5 star and 1 star reviews, I wanted to counter some of the negative reviews with my 5 plus star review.

I continually wait 1 hour to see dermotogologist/PA. I have left the waiting room twice after waiting over 1 hour. They need to be better with their time and not over schedule and be respectful of their patients time.

Doctor Meagan Marcy McCusker recently treated me at both the Enfield office and the branch office in Simsbury. My experience with Doctor McCusker has been terrific and I would highly recommend her and then entire staff. Prior to my procedure, she helped me feel comforted and introduced me to the staff members. She proved to be highly professional in manner, and yet she made it very easy to understand the medical situation, procedures, methods etc. She took the extra couple minutes to make sure to personally hand me off to her staff for making future appointments etc.

Very disappointed in this office. Had to wait months for a February appointment with a PA and come to find out the day I saw her was her last day there. Very irresponsible when a patient is trying to establish a relationship with their provider to not advise me beforehand. I made the appointment because I need a cyst removal from my back and have other skin conditions. Was prescribed Tretinoin but was told oh no we don't do those procedures, have to schedule with Dr. McCusker and she is never here, she's always traveling for talks. Makes sense, I found this office because of her presence in the media but I guess she cares more about that than treating patients. If you're the only one who can do skin "surgery" that's not very responsible to vulnerable people who need immediate help. And yes, they literally said that she's never there. Also some very rude woman in the front who seemed completely overwhelmed the day I went, said well we'll call you to schedule an appointment for cyst removal... No one has called it's been a month. She was so rude when I needed to schedule my follow-up appointment regarding the medication, which I will be cancelling because why am I going to take off work again for this level of negligence and disregard for people's time and money... Thanks for wasting my time. Now I need to find another dermatologist. Advice to others: look elsewhere!

I've had great experiences with this practice. Reception is always friendly both on the phone and in person. Kelly PA has been very dedicated to following up with me, between phone calls and squeezing me in to her schedule. I feel they've been very dedicated to my care and I would highly recommend them. I so appreciate her fitting me in to her already busy schedule, sometimes appointments running late is just the nature of things and I don't mind. I don't feel rushed in the exam rooms and she is very empathetic.
