I had an amazing time during my first cryotherapy session at iCryo. All the staff was super amicable and super helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a tour of the entire facility and an incredibly thorough rundown of what they had to offer. It was a super fun learning experience and incredible to learn all the health benefits this location has to offer.

I tried the day pass the first week of November 2024. The establishment is a very clean and will run. I felt very safe while using the equipment. The staff was friendly and courteous. Sonya was our primary contact while we were there. She did an excellent job.

I absolutely love my sessions with the infrared sauna, compression therapy, and red light therapy! The services are fantastic, and the staff is always so welcoming and attentive. This place has become my happy escape—relaxing, rejuvenating, and truly the best part of my week!

The staff is welcoming as if you are a returning family member and make you feel at home and your health is being well taken care of, but they can make it better!! You have to go and if you haven’t? You need to introduce yourself to every welcoming person there.
