Dr. Feng was amazing! So friendly and calmed my nerves. Such a pleasant bedside manner. I just loved his nurse Natalia. She had such an upbeat personality and made me very relaxed and answered all my questions. Loved the whole staff including the check in receptionist !!!! Keep up the great work you do. It helps when your having a procedure your anxious about when you have a caring and friendly staff. Thank you so much!

I have used the services of UConn periodically over the last 3 decades, since before it became the mega machine it is today. It is a top hospital nationally for sure, and the treatments and care have vastly improved since the 80's. Despite this, UConn is still a mixed bag. Half of all experiences there, have been good, or have been horrible. I will however, be adding Dr. Feng and Nurse Cara to the "what's right with UConn" side of things. Dr. Feng is hand skilled and has a very confident, comforting demeanor, and Cara is exceptional for her age. I was nervous and she handled the pressure like a seasoned vet. They are the reason I continue to trust UConn after all. Thank You both!

Dr. Feng was exceptional as usual. I have now had two MOHS procedures at UCONN Medical Center & both have been as pleasant as possible when someone is operating on your face. RN Liz was outstanding with her care & empathy in dealing with this old man. Great staff with scheduling & follow-up. Previous RN Amy was special as well. Thanks to all of you. I would recommend their team to anyone.

Dr. Feng and nurse Amy are fabulous. They make you feel comfortable and keep you completely informed about the procedure being done. His technique and experience at closing wounds is the best. We are grateful to have him so close by.

Dr. Feng and the attending nurse (Amy I think) were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I felt well cared for during my whole experience. The facility is easy to reach and wait times were minimal. I was never left wondering what would happen next or where any one was. I appreciated Dr. Feng's attention to me and how I was feeling and his willingness to take time to talk with me as a person. It was great to get to know you.Thank you Dr. Feng and all the friendly staff for an extremely positive experience during what could be a stressful time.
