The Langdon Center especially Maria helped save my skin and get it back to clear when I suffered from a terrible bout of adult acne. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and understanding Maria is and she listens to your concerns and also recognizes that the patient knows what their skin can handle and cannot handle. I went there for a year until I felt my skin was in a stable place. I know I can always go back if things flare up or if I’m interested in another procedure in the future. All I can say is thank goodness for this wonderful office.

Dr Langdon is wonderful. I had the Enhanced Active Laser treatment. Before the procedure, Dr Langdon was there to answer any questions and to make sure that I was comfortable. He is knowledgeable, confident, courageous, skillful and professional. One of his Nurses was also there and was excellent. In fact, his entire staff were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Langdon personally called me that evening to make sure everything was going okay. I have had follow up appointments and am so delighted and grateful how I look. The Langdon Center is the best! I drive almost an hour to get there but prefer going Dr Langdon than any other surgeon for cosmetic surgery.

Overall, I am very happy with my results. Dr. Langdon and his staff were professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice for cosmetic and aesthetic procedure needs. And, if I decide to have another procedure done in the future, I would happily return here.

TL;DR: May be skilled in facial and skin treatments, but for liposuction or related procedures, consider going elsewhere. We paid a significant amount with very minimal, almost unnoticeable results, despite repeatedly discussing our goals and expectations with the doctor. My wife and I went into her liposuction consult(s) with clear goals and expectations. We had two consultations with Dr. Langdon to discuss specific areas for treatment and our desired outcome, particularly for a secondary fat grafting procedure. At that time, she was 30 pounds heavier, and we highlighted the importance of the fat grafting as part of her overall transformation. Dr. Langdon mentioned potential limits due to her previous 360° liposuction, which included one area that would overlap (lower abs), while the two other areas—upper abs and inner thigh—were "new." Throughout these discussions, the doctor seemed reluctant to make any firm commitments, often saying, “We will do what we can.” We scheduled a second consultation because we had doubts about his ability to meet our expectations given her somewhat unique situation. After some persistence, he eventually gave us a number for estimated liposuction, mainly through possible grafting volume, which left us feeling as though he was underselling the result to set a conservative expectation. His reassurance that he would "Remove what we can, and fill till full." An echo of our words, and his. This helped us feel confident enough to book the procedure. Nine months later, my wife had lost 30 pounds, impressive in its own right, and brought her BMI down to 26. This impressive weight loss hadn’t changed her goals for the procedure; in fact, it left room for further improvements. When I called about adding a related grafting procedure, I was told that the doctor would not have enough remaining fat for it, which seemed at odds with our previous understandings. But I tend to worry and overthink, so i put this belief aside. On the day of the procedure, we went ahead, only to be left disappointed. Despite spending around $10,000 on liposuction for three areas and many thousands more for the graft, less than 900cc was removed across all areas. This amount was far below what we expected and did not produce the noticeable impact we had anticipated, given the price and the prior discussions. For someone who had already lost a substantial amount of weight, this additional reduction was almost negligible. The only visible improvement was a small reduction in a leftover fat “lump” from her previous 360 lipo—one minor improvement for a major investment. As for the graft, even with post-procedure swelling, it was hardly noticeable to either of us. Although the amount grafted may be considered fair under normal circumstances it didn’t produce the volume or impact we had expected, adding at best estimates around 21% of volume to the target area. At a minimum, we feel the doctor should have reevaluated the planned procedures and re-assessed whether my wife’s weight loss might have affected the original goals or outcomes. Ideally, he should have communicated at any point before or after the weight loss, if these goals were realistic or advisable. Instead, we are now left with minimal to no noticeable results despite the significant expense. We are already considering having what he didn't do, done or done differently, with a more focused specialist. I.e. Taking our money elsewhere. It feels like the outcome doesn’t match the level of investment or effort we both put in. One star for reducing the lump, another for completing the procedure without complications, but with no observable results, it’s difficult to see this as a success. If given the option, we’d rather have the money back and keep the prior results.
