I had the best experience here! Was my first surgery, I was so nervous since I do have some health anxiety but it went very well- went home right away and felt pretty good. The team helped me calm my nerves and I'm obsessed with my result (rhinoplasty) Definitely reccomend coming here for your surgery 10/10 experience!!

I was researching cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills in order to find the best surgeon for a deep plane face lift, center lip lift and corner lip lift (anguloplasty) and blepharoplasty (eye lid lift). I was willing to go that far for excellent results. My search led me to Dr. Steinbacher's gallery of pre & post face lifts. He has a masterful touch that combines artistic ability with superb surgical skills. I'm 68 yo and look 2 decades younger. The "windswept" facelift with the distorted mouth is a thing of the past. A talented surgeon will lift the face just enough to restore youth. The doctor is very adept at leaving minimal scars, which resolve with Mederma and/or Scar Away scar gel. I actually had NO scarring in front of the ear, just very slight ones around the corners of the mouth that are vanishing. The staff is friendly and professional, the anesthesiologist is a medical doctor not a nurse. I recommend the center and corner lip lifts in addition to the regular face lift. It's the only way to complete the look. I'm very satisfied and will be back for more procedures on other areas of the body. The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasant one. (Note: I hired a caregiver for the first two days for 8-hour days. It was a tremendous help.)

There isn't another Doctor which I would have wanted to do my jaw surgery! Doctor Steinbacher is the best of the best at what he does, and I couldn't be happier with the results from his work. On top of that, his staff are all very nice and talk highly about one another in the office as well. This is a team of people who enjoy going to work everyday and have passion for what they do. I'm confident in telling you that this is THE place to go if you're looking to get jaw surgery in the future.

I had a revision Double Jaw Surgery with Dr. Steinbacher at West River Surgery in September 2023 and cannot recommend him or his practice enough. My experience with Dr. Steinbacher was fantastic from start to finish, he was very thorough and attentive in the preparation leading up to my surgery, and is extremely skilled at both the reconstructive and aesthetic aspects of complex surgeries. Additionally, his office staff and nurses have all been wonderful to me. I, being a bit of a control freak, must have called numerous times with questions regarding my surgery, appointments, insurance questions, anything you can think of, and in my experience, they have always been not only incredibly responsive, compassionate, and helpful, but also very kind and always receptive to patient needs, both pre- and post-surgery. I have already had multiple procedures done by him, and will be returning to him for a revision rhino and septoplasty soon. As someone who has had prior surgeries at large academic hospitals, once I realized I would need further revisions, and given my already complex history, including a cleft lip and palate and multiple surgeries and revisions, I did extensive research and took into account many factors when considering more surgery, including whether to go to a private practice or large academic center. Dr. Steinbacher is a highly qualified surgeon who is a facial plastic/oral/maxillofacial/craniofacial surgeon, meaning he is able to address complex, interrelated procedures equally well on both the reconstructive and cosmetic sides. Furthermore, in my experience with Dr. Steinbacher in his private practice setting, there has been a much more personalized, communicative, and thorough experience both pre- and post-operatively, compared to feeling rushed through appointments like at a large center. I found Dr. Steinbacher, his staff, and his practice all to be very patient-focused; the office and surgery center itself are designed to be welcoming and comfortable for patients, in addition to being held to very high standards, all of which make for an extremely positive overall experience.
