Dr. Tulikangas is a very skilled and caring surgeon. He takes time to answer all your questions completely and respectfully. I highly recommend him.

I was greeted warmly by the front desk and taken in to the exam room 5 minutes later. Theresa the medical assistant was very friendly and personable. Dr. T arrived shortly aftercand came in with a big smile and a positive aura. He put me at ease. He was a very good listener and assured me that he was there to help me and no need to jump into surgery or non surgery options at this time. I have time to see how things go and urged me to call him if i needed his care. We discussed non surgical treatments available if I need treatment. His personna reminded me of Mr. Rogers from the 1980 PBS show! I had an extremely positive experience today and i am pleased to have him be a part of my medical team.

Dr Tulikangas is very thorough with his explanations of body anatomy and procedures. He is also very patient and kind with a great bedside manner. Nowadays that is hard to find. I came to him for a second opinion after a not so pleasant experience and walked out feeling comfortable with my decision to switch. Surgery went well, he even held my hand while going under anesthesia. His staff members are just as nice and have been quick to follow-up via telephone and MyChart messages with any questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr Tulikangas to anyone needing a Urogynecologist.

Dr.Tulikangas is wonderful, kind and compassionate. He takes the time to address your questions and concerns. I was also very impressed with his office staff.

Dr. Tulikangas is that rare combination of great expertise as a surgeon and a wonderful listener and problem solver. His bed side manner is 10 out of 10. He explains his thinking and all potential procedures with clarity and compassion and entertains all and every question you might have for him. He is easy to talk to and works hard to find solutions to deal with your concerns as a patient. He is probably one of my favorite doctors! Highly recommend.
