I called FRANCI this morning at 7:00AM because I had severe lower back pain and was having trouble walking. I requested a same day appointment. Franci cheerfully (like always) secured me an appointment at 9:15AM with KELLEY. I have no words. I not only walked out of this fine establishment with virtually no pain, but felt like I received the finest gift I could have ever received today - a top notch, massage with the BEST massage therapist I've ever had. A great big thank you to Franci & Kelley!!
