Dr. Rau is a great professional as well as a outstanding person. He is very knowledgeable and treats his patients with professionalism and warmth. The only reason I'm not his patient is because relocation. Go see him, you won't regret it one bit!

I saw Donna Colquhoun for a few skin issues. Staff at the front desk was friendly and professional. I was seen on time and the staff member who took all my information initially was also friendly and professional. Donna came in within minutes to see me, addressed all of my concerns, did a procedure to remove a concerning mole, and had everything completed quickly and efficiently while providing me with all the information I needed. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Donna and her staff.

On entering,, the staff at desk greeted me with eye contact which was nice. The music was not what I expected, I’m more a calm meditation zen soundscapes kinda girl. But I can live with it. The wait time to see the Dr. was over 30 minutes which I found excessive and understand from the staff that that is typical. (I’ll bring my book next time :)). Really liked Dr Turner. He was brisk and a bit fast in the interactive part but got a lot accomplished and I felt he is a good problem solver. I did notice while waiting in the front that an elderly patient came in and was standing at the desk for several minutes with no one looking up from computer to greet her. It only takes a few seconds to make eye contact , smile and greet them and explain that you will be with them in a moment. It really does make all the difference in calming an already vulnerable activity and creating a positive supportive atmosphere. I would def recommend this practice and Dr. Turner.

I went to be treated on a few skin issues . The front desk personnel made me feel comfortable. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

She addressed my situation and treated me with a cream which cleared up the problem in a couple days. Very pleasant and very satisfied with my care. I have been seeing her for quite a few years and feel as though she is very thorough and helpful.
