I had a terrible experience at this medical office. I had an appointment with LouAnn and she was running behind almost 2 hours. I was finally able to see her and she rushed me into the appointment as she was going to her practice. She had to do a biopsy and she didn't explain anything about the procedure. She was supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and she never did. She never called me about the biopsy results even thought I called the office to follow up. The only reason I am giving one start is because Shanan was excellent as I requested somebody else to remove my stitches from the biopsy. If you want a quality service and human decency don't use this place. They are guiltily for having somebody that rushes you out and doesn't care about the patience.

Watch out for double dipping on procedures. After a failed attempt to totally remove a precancerous skin spot, on my follow up visit after the initial procedure, Dr. Amy Davis acknowledged that she did not get all of it, and made me believe that she was going to complete the removal. The whole process took less than 10 mins, even the receptionists remarked how quick I was out, and I scheduled a second follow up for 4 weeks later. I also had to pay a balance for the procedure. The second follow up visit found the doctor prescribing an ointment that was supposed to take care of the residual, and scheduled a third follow up, in four weeks. The day before the scheduled appointment I was notified of a balance in the neighborhood of $100. When I contacted the billing dept, I was told the charge was for the second procedure. When I questioned it, as it being part the removal, the rep informed me that if I do not pay the balance when I get there, the doctor will not see me. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told she was too busy with patients to talk to me. I thought I was a patient too. The agent asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment and basically laughed at me, which at that point I explained I was not paying twice for the same procedure, I had no choice but to cancel. I was refused service to see if the doctor was successful, I was ridiculed and embarrassed.

Started with Dr. Petrazzeuoli 4 years ago. He did a thorough job and removed many spots for the first 2 years. The 3rd year at my check up he had a new practitioner and she did a thorough job found one item that "might be trouble" and had it removed. Last year I went and found out that she had moved to another location north. I was seen by Amy Davis. She took all of six minutes to give me a "clean scan" and sent me on my way. Honestly I felt like the Barrista at Starbucks spent more time with me than she did. This year I called the office as I have some items that I feel need immediate attention. This is not a routine check up, this is me who never calls the doctor for anything letting them know I am concerned as spots that bleed easy are showing up. I was told we have no time. Our Dr's are fully booked and it will be "a while" before a Dr. can see you. I am an existing patient, you did a bad job looking last year so this, in my opinion, is two years in the making. If you are looking for a place to become a patient this is not it.

Shanon Hardy was professional, spent plenty of time and explained everything. Would recommend her 100% from this practice!

I walked to the office for informations for new patient and the secretary was so rude and not friendly. I went to different place.
