Meghan is amazing. She never makes me feel crazy for my health anxiety when it comes to my skin. I used to go tanning as a teen and went through a period of my life where I obsessed over every spot. She would see me any time that I was concerned and always put me at ease. I no longer have those fears because I know I have a great dermatologist who is thorough and addresses my fears.

Dr. West performed Mohs surgery on my nose in 2008. I was very nervous about the procedure, not for the pain, but for the disfigurement. (44 yr old female). The very friendly staff assured me Dr. West was theeee best. Dr. West paid me no attention as he listened to a book on tape while he did his thing. That did not bother me as long as he did a good job. Overtime my once normal straight nose started to change as a result of the surgery, but worse, in 2001, the BCC came back at the edge of the surgery site Which I now find is more common than the internet and or dermatologist who perform this type of surgery will tell you. My once straight perfect nose is no longer. My gut told me to run out of that office when I first walked in, and I kick myself for not having listened to my gut. I am now treating my BCC with Curaderm, which has a 95 to 98% cure rate and minimal to no scarring and or disfigurement. Possibly this may help someone who is thinking about having this type of surgery are going to this office.

The staff is very nice and Mr. Wray is one of the best! But I will never have my 86 yr old mother wait 2 long hours again for Dr West to check her for 3 minutes. Unexceptable!!! And the end result is give it time if it doesn’t get better we will have to do reconstructive surgery. No thank you!

My son and I had our appointments on Monday. Initially, we had a bad impression but then everything went so well and we were so pleased with our visit and grateful to have finally found a practice that works for us! The wait was not long, Monica and Bill Wray were wonderful to me and my children. They were knowledgeable and took good care of my son and made him feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. My experience with Meghan, her assistant and the secretaries was excellent. I also felt comfortable, received a thorough exam and did not feel rushed. Thank you! P.S. I really feel all employees should be listed on the website! They all make a positive difference and are important! :)

Would not recommend this place, was sent by my doctor because of dry itchy skin and my face and lips was exceedingly dry.When seen by Meghan, she really didn’t do much at all. She did find Seborrheic dermatitis (disorder) but THAT was obvious from just a glance at my red skin between my eyes that even my doctor could see. My doctor sent me because of the severe facial dry skin which Meghan distastefully barely glanced at and asked me did I use cleansers to wash my face? And when I responded I used dove soap she condescendingly said she had samples she could give me when I leave. Whole visit I just felt she treated me with disgust and talked down to, and gave me a bare 5 minutes before dismissal. From a person who frankly speaking, looks like a plastic old doll with Botox filler badly dyed hair, and cosmetics that make a professional clown look beautiful compared to her.This is a woman that seems her life revolved around her looks and is trying desperately to keep looking good and FAILING because she just can’t except to grow old gracefully
