From the second you walk in the environment is great and the staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I went in for brows but would revisit also to buy products from the front. Mallory was amazing at shaping my brows and not only is she great at her job but she might be one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. My reason for giving 5 stars is 100% because of Mallory Frangione. I’m super picky about my brows. But I trust Mallory. She is an eyebrow shaping legend. I was referred to her from a gorgeous eyebrowed colleague of mine and 4 years later, I haven’t gone to anyone else for eyebrow wax and tint. She is such a kind and welcoming person as well. You won’t regret it!

I have been shopping at Bluemercury for about a decade and I love every experience I have at the New Canaan Bluemercury store! There is a Bluemercury in my hometown (Westport) and I always shop at the New Canaan store because the customer service is AMAZING and the sales associates are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The remodel is also gorgeous. Thank you New Canaan team!!

I decided to finally start caring for my 52 year old face. My cousin suggested asking the ladies at Blue Mercury. I drove a half an hour and I’m so glad I did. One of the employees evaluated my skin, asked how much time I wanted to spend on my skin regiment and suggested a few products. I’ve been using them and I am very impressed. I have sensitive skin and sensitive eyes and these products are non irritating and I am starting to see the difference in a weeks time. She listened to my needs and met them. I’ll be making that trip a few times a year.
