DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. PATHETIC Poor services in the account department. They billed me 250 dollars for the first appointment which was just a basic vital checkup and form filling. Ideally these are covered by insurance as my insurance told me but care medica team submit wrong codes which insurance company doesn’t consider. Called multiple times to accounts people, everyone rejected to correct the code. Look for other reviews too where people complaint on the same issues. Wrong codes submission

They charge $20 copay for annual health screening, which is 100% covered by the insurance. Also, the average waiting time is over 45 min and the worst case was over 1 hour! They did not respect patients' time and abused their policy to charge fees!

They charged me $100 for an annual physical which should be covered 100%. It happened twice. They use different codes to make your insurance pay for it. STAY AWAY.

Nope. They change your doctors without telling you. Then cut you off cold turkey, no notice,from something like a heart medication you’ve had to take for years. Unethical and useless. If Rite Aid has to give you an emergency prescription? Yeah. That means cutting off a prescription for heart medication is generally NOT recommended. CARE medicrap Update on CareMedica deciding to stop my medication with no warning and no contact. Heart palpitations,sweating,panic,blood pressure is insane. They really care. HENCE the CARE. Attorney has been contacted. You can cut off the medication. But there should be a heads up. If I survive a heart attack you’re done.
