Dr. Laurence Kirwan

I’ve known Dr. Kirwan since 2016, when he performed a very complex and demanding reconstructive surgery on my breasts in London. It was my third breast surgery at that time, intended to correct a botched job by a plastic surgeon in my home country. Since then, Dr. Kirwan has been my go-to plastic surgeon for everything that requires special attention and expertise. Every surgery we’ve done together has benefited from his incredible skill, and the results are always beyond spectacular! The results of Dr. Kirwan’s work feel like a miracle. Words can’t fully capture how meticulous and perfectionistic he is in his craft. He’s not just a plastic surgeon; he’s an artist. His love for symmetry and refined aesthetic sense shines through in everything he does. Dr. Kirwan also has a fantastic team that enhances the quality of his work. His right-hand, Lia, is one of the most capable and kindest people you’ll ever meet. Every time I visit Dr. Kirwan, she treats me like both a friend and a patient, going out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable. Where else do you find that level of care? When it comes to beauty, you really need to go to the best. Otherwise, you risk jeopardizing not just your appearance, but also your mental well-being. I got under eye blethoplasty surgery back in 2022 and I am overall pleased with my results and was very comfortable with Dr. Kirwan. Him and his staff are amazing, very friendly, welcoming and nurturing. With that I decided to get my 360 liposuction done by him. I am a 34yo African American Women. I was skeptical at first with getting the procedure done by a male but again was very comfortable with Dr. Kirwan. Dr. Kirwan’s follow-up after my surgery was amazing, as most doctors see you up until a week after and that’s it. I throughout the healing process was unhappy with my results as I saw no difference. Dr. Kirwan willingly did a revision about 9 months later. I however sadly am not happy with my revision. I am actually more insecure with my body’s midsection now than I was before getting the surgery. I even went to a few other doctors for second opinions and they all report the job was not done correctly. I did converse with him about it and informed him I did get second opinions (I don’t think he was happy about that) He left it stating I should go somewhere else where I got other opinions as he dosent think he can get me the results I want. Again he’s overall a really nice man and his team is AMAZING. But if you’re looking for a flat stomach and hourglass shape I recommend going elsewhere.

This is a boutique practice with a small and caring staff. Dr Kirwan performs a full spectrum of services from office based outpatient treatments to complex surgical procedures performed in hospital settings. The results of both types of treatment show remarkable transformations; he is an incredibly gifted and talented surgeon. His results have a very positive impact on his patients whether services are medically necessary, cosmetically desired or both. The overall experience is supported by the staff. I always receive a friendly greeting and am known to the office as a person, not a numbered file. This makes me feel very comfortable and confident in trusting my care to Dr Kirwan.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Kirwan and this practice. I came to Dr. Kirwan for skin removal surgery after losing a significant amount of weight. From the initial consultation, Dr. Kirwan made me feel very comfortable and understood. He explained in detail the procedures he recommended and answered all my questions thoughtfully. He gave me hope from the very beginning while also being realistic, which I greatly appreciated. My surgeries went very smoothly and Dr. Kirwan followed up personally afterwards to track my recovery. His nurse is also amazing—very caring and dedicated to making sure I was okay every step of the way. I love that this is a boutique practice where I feel like they know me personally—I don’t feel like just another patient file. Dr. Kirwan and his entire staff treated me with sensitivity and respect. I feel that Dr. Kirwan’s talent, skill, and extremely high standards all combined to give me results better than I ever could have imagined. For me, this surgery was life changing. I am beyond thrilled and would highly recommend Dr. Kirwan!

I recently had surgery at Dr. Kirwan’s office and it was a very pleasant experience. I was made to feel at home and very comfortable by all of the staff. I especially want to say that Louisa, the nurse was amazing. She was very compassionate and took away much of my anxiety.
