I was referred to this location by my Dental Doctor and was greeted by Diana and Dr. Sergei, and had my #11 Canine tooth it was pleasant and Diana and Dr.Sergei was very thorough with my options in addition to a calm and painless extraction. Thank You all for your patience and experience.

Why is it so hard to get costing information from you? It’s just a simple teeth extraction from a referral. Your staff, Carol, was not helpful and unprofessional. I called in first to get information about the possible cost that I’ll be paying after my insurance but I was advise to call my insurance instead. So I did, and delta dental’s agent was so professional and nice. But she said she needs procedure code from your clinic and that i should get it easily. When i call your office back, Carol keeps insisting that i need to go to your office first before i could get the procedure code or even costing information. She doesn’t even care to listen on my explanation and very unprofessional. First impression lasts, so might as well look for a different clinic.

Dr. Simon was very helpful and nice during my visit at this office. I went to extract two wisdom teeth and I never felt more comfortable. One of the assistants that was there named “Jeremy” was an excellent help and made sure I was okay during the whole process. Under anesthesia I made sure I promised him I was going to make a great review on him haha, thanks again!!

I was in BIG trouble due to some extremely careless "work" by two prior dentists. Gabby, a Patient Coordinator, immediately understood how serious my infections were. She got me in for an assessment by Dr.Bangiyev the same afternoon. Then, moved some things around and scheduled my surgery in (3) days! Phew! And, Dr. Bangiyev had removed a tooth for me a few years before, and it was out before I even knew it. These two were severely damaged, and therefore very difficult to extract. I was really scared, but he did a magnificent job for the second time! Both teeth were gone, and I had very little pain. I am so lucky to have the superior support of both Gabby and Dr. Simon! My daughter had infected wisdom teeth at college. Premier Oral Surgery was able to get us in for a consult and extraction within 3 days (where our hometown surgeons had lengthy wait). Dr. Bangiyev and staff were very professional and made us feel right at ease. They extracted 3 wisdom teeth very quickly and efficiently with no issues. I highly recommend this practice.
