Radiant Beauty & Health Oxford

Seriously disappointing. I realize this is not an exact science, but I am not new to the simple application of Dysport/Botox to the forehead for smoothing. It was my first visit to this sleepy little office; I say this because it was quiet, no other patients waiting, no patients in rooms and yet Hyrea who administered the treatment was in a hurry, rushing to get me done. The end result was not good. Now I felt as though the placement was delivered in different areas than where they are typically but I didn't think much more of it and should have, because the result was my eyebrows rising at the area closest to the bridge of my nose giving me a perpetual facial expression of worry. I looked bizarre and I was so uncomfortable. I called to make an appointment to fix/adjust and the suggestion was to wait the full 10 days to take effect. I was planning to travel to Texas for Thanksgiving for 12 days and I was completely self conscious the entire trip hiding my face for any and all photos for the entire Thanksgiving holiday with friends and family. Upon returning I requested an adjustment and visited the Trumbull office instead much closer to home wherein I received an application of another treatment by Dana who was not only extremely professional, but warm and most importantly, calm, patient, not in a hurry to get me done, mind you, there were patients seated in the waiting area and yet Dana took her time and genuinely attempting to fix the problem someone else created. Now it's four weeks later and although the brow is more balanced looking, it's still not what it should be and what's worse is that my eyelids have been swollen ever since, creating an additional fold and even perspiration which I have never experienced. No fault of hers, but I am pretty bummed to say the least. At this point I should really be reimbursed, so I can have this addressed elsewhere.

I had a great experience! This was my first time getting filler and I was nervous at first. Keishia shared her experience and her amazing results. Theodora was informative and helpful. I felt that I was in experienced hands! Maygan at the front desk was kind as well! I can’t wait to see as the swelling goes down but for now the results are beautiful !

My first visit at Radiant Beauty & Health was great. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the office is lovely. I had my lips filled with Versa by Theodora and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ve had filler multiple times in various areas and this is truly the best my lips have ever turned out. She knows what she is doing, how to use the product, and listens to your specific concerns. I also appreciate that she communicated which things may not work/be suitable for my lips instead of just going for it, yielding a bad result. Gina also assisted in the process; together these two made my visit comfortable and relaxed. I would absolutely return for future work. Also worth mentioning: their rates are very fair!

I went to Radiant Beauty and Health yesterday for microneedling with PRP. Gina did a great job. Theresa is so so nice and truly make you feel welcome. They really make you feel comfortable with great service. I highly recommend Radiant Beauty and Health.
