I had an amazing first interaction with Stacie. She's such a beautiful person in & out and her customer service was top notch! She made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit, and she was answered every question I had in detail without rushing through anything. If you go to the Rocky Hill location, make sure you ask for her.

I had the best experience at Sonobello! the staff and the surgeon were great! Especially my consultant Jessica, she was great from the start and always available through the process for any questions and concerns i had. Very happy with the results! Would highly recommend Sonobello!

My experience at Sonobello was excellent. From the front desk workers to my adviser Jessica G. The welcome was very warm. She walk me through ans give me a thorough explanation of what I will e experiencing. I did my procedure on January 21st, 2025 and I am doing well I liked the way how my body is healing. The nurses called to check upon me and the doctor did an excellent job during my procedure. I am pleased wirh my decision and I thank you so much Jessica G for your counseling me throughout my decisions 💜. Thank you Sonobello for my new look, I would not ask for a better place.i am so glad that I made this decision with you all. Perfect team. Excellent job from beginning to the end.

Sono Bello of Hartford is an amazing bunch of people. They are Extremely professional and Knowledgeable. Although I wasn't able to be cleared for my procedure I received a prompt refund of my total cost. MANDY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION.
