I recently underwent a breast reduction procedure with Dr. Prasad Sureddi, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the entire experience! From the initial consultation to post-operative care, every step of my cosmetic journey was handled with utmost professionalism, compassion, and expertise. Firstly, I want to commend Dr. Pasad Sureddi for his exceptional communication skills. He took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns and expectations regarding the breast reduction surgery. His ability to thoroughly explain the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes in a clear and understandable manner instantly put me at ease. During the actual surgery, Dr. Pasad Sureddi demonstrated not only remarkable technical proficiency but also an incredible eye for aesthetics. The results exceeded my highest hopes - he skillfully sculpted my breasts into a beautifully proportionate size that perfectly complements my body shape. The scars are minimal and expertly placed, showing great attention to detail. Furthermore, what truly sets Dr. Pasad Sureddi apart is his unwavering dedication to patient care throughout the recovery process. He provided comprehensive instructions for aftercare, ensuring optimal healing while minimizing discomfort. His consistent availability for any questions or concerns made me feel supported at every stage of my healing journey. The entire staff at Dr. Pasad Sureddi's clinic deserves praise as well! They were always warm, Professional and genuine.

The amount of negative energy in this office is INSANE!!!! Never in my life did I feel so humiliated by a healthcare professional. Horrible horrible horrible. Stay away!!!! Ignore the good reviews. Disgustingly rude and miserable. Body shamed me for an hour asking irrelevant questions about what disorders caused my weight gain and what I plan to do about it (with shifting eyebrows). I was courteous and polite. My body language clearly showed my discomfort but they persisted. HE and his aide humiliated me about my weight atleast 8 times. The irony is that 3 out of total 4 staff are considered obese themselves. What makes it worse is: I WAS THERE TO CONSULT for skincare. I am currently 25 pounds overweight but it is none of their business. Any civil short-lived conversation involved him talking AT ME instead of TO ME. Any question I asked was met with eyerolling. Any question I answered was met with a glare and a scorning laugh. They continued their rattle despite my negative body language, confusion, and brief answers. I was appalled by their lack of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and basic etiquette. It just so happened to be their lucky day that I wasn't in one of my fresh moods to stoop to their level and cause chaos. One example out of many - I won't dignify him by referring to him as Dr. but he rubbed my cheek harshly with an alcohol wipe, gave it a look, threw the alcoholic wipe in the trash, and then had the audacity to comment how I'm "hiding my skin". Someone please educate him that using skin tint makeup to cover freckles does not equate to "hiding". He then examined the (3) freckles and walked out. A few minutes later his wife/aide came in to examine my (three) freckles as if we're in a morgue. Like...what's so complicated? =). Ignored my questions, of course. She touched/turned my face all over and stood at my shoulders dictating that I use another ALCOHOL WIPE on my eyes. I told her my under-eyes are sensitive just like everyone's so I will not be doing that. But the rest of my face was without a single product. She walked out and they both came in together. He came to her rescue and said "sensitive? Sensitive what?" I looked at him confused because I didnt know what he was asking. He got louder and said "What do you mean by sensitive?" And just angrily stared me down for rejecting to do what his aide ( who also happened to be his wife) ordered me to do. I said my skin is sensitive meaning it burns when I use HARSH/ALCHOLIC things on it. He corrected me with "you mean it turns RED" and rolled his eyes. (I'm speechless at this point thinking..well.. duh? Isn't that what sensitive means?) A long awkward pause and two hostile looks from the doctor and his aide. In and out of the room, doors shutting, awkwardness, long waiting periods. And then he came back in to discus my weight again. Offered that I try his weight management plans after bullying me about my weight. NOTE: Still NOT a single skincare advice/plan on treatment of my freckles. I wanted a laser freckle removal. Skincare Consultation is what I'm here for. I eventually walked out, paid and left. He and his aide are too awkward, defensive, ill-mannered, and disoriented to be healthcare professionals. Stay away. They are unethical and only want your money. It is very unfortunate that I was stuck around two of the worst people I've ever met and their respective negative energies FOR SO LONG.
