My first time treatment was great. A little spicy, but nothing I couldn’t handle. The staff is friendly and informative. Jennifer was my technician, she was sweet and explained everything step by step and answered any question or concerns I had. I got a tour as soon as I walked in. Facility is clean and festive for the holidays. I also received a cute goodie bag. Highly recommend.

It was my first laser appointment and Lisel was professional and set my nerves at ease, the treatment was easy to tolerate only a cool breeze was felt, and quickly done. Precious the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and gave me a tour of the facility so I would be ready and relaxed for my treatment. She also made it really easy to book the next appointment
