The Dermatology Center of Stamford

The whole office is professional and great to go see. Dr Marsh and Dr Chavel have literally saved my life from a horrible skin disease. Dr Hall is a pleasure to be seen by and always makes you feel comfortable. Dr Pruzan is one of the most talented dermatologist I’ve worked with as well. All of their patience, knowledge, and ability to work through difficult issues far succeeds any doctor I have ever been to. Not to mention the whole staff there is friendly and accommodating with scheduling.

Our daughter saw Doctor Debra Pruzan-Clain for the past year. She is FANTASTIC with children! She explained everything to her and made going to the dermatologist something our daughter enjoyed! We highly recommend her!!! Also the entire staff there is exceptional. They have the added bonus of easy parking for downtown Stamford!

I am not one to necessarily write reviews but my last experience with Dr Debra and one of the assistants at Derm center of Stamford was anything but pleasant. The way that I witness Dr Debra treat a “non-Caucasian” staff member was less than professional. I accompanied a friend of Latin background right before the Covid shut down and the ways she was addressed/spoke to by the doctor and her assistant Bethany (I believe her name to be) was not ok. It was clearly with a condescending tone. I was inclined not to write this but given the times that we are all living in right now; it is the right thing to speak up. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Dr Chavel is a wonderful dermatologist. She is patient and kind, listens to the patient and then explains the treatment choices. She is extremely good at what she does and I highly recommend her.

I had an easy time making an appointment and the staff were incredibly kind. The doctor explained everything to me in a way I could understand and reassured me about my skin condition.
