Neurological Specialists

I was referred to Dr. Chen by my PCP. I work a crazy schedule where I do not know my days off. I managed to get a last minute appointment with PA Alex who had a cancellation. I am so glad that I went with PA Alex. She is hands down the most thorough doctor I have ever seen and very pleasant. I am eagerly looking forward to continuing to work with her. Happy to have met her!

Saw Alex the APRN. she was so kind, charismatic, and thorough. She took her time to sit with me and explain things and evaluate all possible treatments for my situation. Highly recommend her.

I'm disgusted with the treatment of some of the staff in this office. They have no regard for a patients illness. I was treated like my health wasn't important to them and if I didn't like their terms, despite how irrational, there was no room for negotiation. For instance, I had a test done and upon needing to reschedule my appt just to go over results from a test, I was told I'd need to wait 2 months. Easily that could've been a phone conversation, but I had to specifically request to switch the appt I had for a phone visit aka a telemed appt. Then was told that if I didn't make the appt, I'd be billed $50. Now, I understand late cancelation, but I asked about service issues and if they played a part in me not being able to connect the call, and she became very defensive, raising her voice at me, and stating it's needed to call 24 hours in advance if I thought the service would become an issue or else be charged the fee. Poor customer service. Like they're the only neurologist in the area. I'm not happy with the care or the staff treatment there aside from maybe 2 people. Even the doctor gave poor advice and care. I would've still been on heavy med doses if i didn't take myself off them on my own and against his recommendation. Save time and aggravation and go somewhere else. This is a business not a care center.

Not a fan. Did little to help me. And I need brain surgery to remove an Arachnoid Cyst which the neurologist poo pood the idea as if it was not important. Won't go back there again.

The staff is always so supportive and helpful! Pam Keisha and all the other women up front are absolutely fantastic, so kind and professional. Dr Marques is great always helpful. This office is very supportive and kind!
