Awful practice. First visit was a "consultation" and they didn't even listen to me about doing a skin cancer check. Told them about issues I had and they said it wouldn't be addressed until my next visit. Took about 7 months for the first appointment. Ridiculous. Then, I have an open wound on my face from a skin tag getting cut and they give me a "best available" date for 2.5 months away. I just need to get it removed real quick as it could get infected. Nope. Lady on the phone sounded put out and bothered that I was calling. Stay away from this place.
Wont go back. Waste of time from the first call to book the appointment to the drive home. Office staff, Dr. Bain's tech, Dr. Bain. You are hardly acknowledged, a cog in the wheel of co-pays. Interaction is dry, flat, dismissive. My "full body exam" and the 2 areas of concern all took less than 10 mins. Addressed my questions with a pamflet. $60 to talk to a dermatologist and she gives you a pamflet. Place is a scam. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you desperately need to be seen and fair warning you will feel like a walking co-pay/insurance claim.
Went there to waste my time. I was told that in my 2nd appt they would do a complete screening for skin cancer but they didnt..My oncologist wanted a biopsy... not the service I expected... Very disappointed!
Amy Doody is kind, professional and she knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Amy and this office. In the past the front desk definitely needed some CS training, but there are new people there now who are welcoming, professional and nice. It does make a difference how you are treated walking in the door. I think they’ve got a good team going right now. I highly recommend.
Someone wrote the comment below about this office. "The front desk needs training in professionalism and customer service." I AGREE. I called to ask a few question, and the lady attitude was rude the entire time. If that the service you get before going to the office, then you can only imagine the service you'll receive once you are there. No thank you. I will take my business elsewhere.
