Dr Manzo is a great hand dr/surgeon. My hand will never be the same due to the break I had but nothing against what he did to repair it. The hand therapist in this office was a waste of my time and money. 2 front desk staff women were very friendly, 2 others I’ve experienced are loud and/or rude. Cindy in billing called and threatened to send me to collections over a 9 month old bill that they were sending to an address that doesn’t even exist…clerical error….how about not threaten collections till you find out what the issue could be…actually every time I had an appointment I asked if I had an outstanding balance and took care of it right then and there…just rude staff.

Big Shouts out to Haley Fawcett, PA-C of NOSS. She is an excellent practitioner, not afraid to recommend an M.R.I., & is clear she is simply one of those folks that "read all the books" with a good history of hands on practice under her belt. She is definitely one of those people you trust your health to. A family member of mine had a substantial injury to their back & she took the time to do several thorough examinations with in depth consultations surrounding the history and lack of any previous injury. / We were very impressed by her level of knowledge, her skill sets, and her ability to quickly assess the extent of the injury. In my family member's case, they had a permanent injury to the spine missed by a local E.R., but found by Haley. Moreover, she was very keen in observing the apparent nerve damage and limb reaction latency as a result of the nerve damage, recommending an MRI. She was culturally competent and very respectful of my family member's hx of P.T.S.D.. I can not thank her enough for helping my family member. I can see her being in Connecticut Magazine at some point in the future with the tag line "The Future Faces Health Care". My hope is that this review is seen by her superiors and she is formally recognized for her outstanding practice of medicine in the face of what really was a challenging time for my family member. Dr. Johar is the best. He is very sociable, and kind. He explains things in plan easy to understand language and is very reassuring during consultations. I am 100% satisfied with my treatment and with this office.

Absolutely The Worst, went there for my neck and the Dr. basically dismissed my pain before anything was done. He said "everyone comes in and says they have pain in there neck and it's usually nothing, I'll take x rays and call you if I see anything." Never looked at the x-ray nor called me but sent me a bill for $237. I Ended up going to another place that actually touched my neck and found the problem immediately, they also took x-rays and found another problem with my neck. So I have two major issues going on in my neck and N.O.S.S found nothing, witch led me to believe that they never even looked at my x-ray. The second place just sent me a bill for $94 compared to N.O.S.S that charged me $237 which doesnt make sense, because they did absolutely nothing to help me.

I had back surgery about 1 year ago and Dr. D. Forshaw performed such a great job that I am now standing straight and walking at great distances. He is definitely the doctor to go to if back surgery is needed. Tammy and the medical staff there are awesome. The ladies who dispense medication are wonderful. Everyone there is very nice and supportive. Dr. Johar and PA Clifford Doiron are great doctors as well. They listen to all my concerns with care. It makes going to the doctors office really special. They all encorage me and say I'm doing great. I really like my doctors. They are professional and give the best care for me. Best regards to my doctors and medical staff at NOSS, William Hunt
