They are pleasant and welcoming. - both on the phone and in person. They are knowledgeable, proactive, and in a hectic world, they make everything so easy. I highly recommend this team. I highly recommend Ideal Image in West Hartford! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful every time I come in for my appointment. I was nervous for my first appointment, but my specialist Anita is literally the best!!! Every appointment she makes me feel comfortable. She holds conversation to take my mind off the laser and always makes sure I’m feeling okay after each treatment session. She’s very good at answering all my questions (even if I ask the same question every appointment). I have nothing but great things to say about Anita and Ideal Image West Hartford!

Anita is absolutely wonderful every time I come in for my appointments. She is super sweet and gentle as best as she can be making sure I’m as comfortable as possible. No matter where I move I make sure to come back to this Ideal Image to see Anita.

I only have good things to say about Ideal Image in West Hartford. I just finished all 8 of my treatments for facial hair and the results have been amazing. My hair is barely visible now and is very thin. I mostly saw Trinn, she is so sweet and supportive and I will see her again. If you go here you will be taken care of!
