Demeanor was consistently dismissive, abrupt, and lacked compassion or interest. Her misdiagnosis and wrong treatment (biologic) caused my condition to get worse!!! More time wasted. Refused to look at my skin up close with or without a dermatoscope after my 3 requests for her to do so. The office requires patients to sign an excessive amount of disclosures as well as provide a credit card along with insurance before your appointment. I was hopeful based on credentials and previous reviews. I’d rather write positive reviews. :( Sidebar: Medical profession has changed so much. Too many “specialists.” Pharmaceutical and Insurance companies corporate greed perhaps? Customer VS. Patient relationship. There are still some good ones out there thankfully, if they haven’t retired. 🙏 ❤️

I began seeing Dr. Czernik soon after she opened DermMedical in Wilton. The office is bright and welcoming and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had a few annual skin checks with her and always leave feeling as though she’s done a thorough job and is very informative with any questions I may have. For a couple years I’ve been interested in IPL treatment and decided to have the procedure done recently with Dr. Czernik. I felt very confident going into the procedure because not only did Dr. Czernik take the time to answer all my questions and really explain what I could expect from the results, but the front desk staff as well as the nurse were also so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I could not be happier with the results and I would highly recommend DermMedical and Dr. Czernik not only for a dermatologist but also for procedures such as IPL treatment.

Dr Czernik and her staff are top notch. If you have any skin care concerns she's quick to investigate and respond with the most appropriate measures. I feel very comfortable going to her for all my skin care needs and she's very friendly and spends time getting to know you as well so you never feel awkward.

I love DermMedical! Dr. Czernik is compassionate, skilled, and knowledgeable. She has a great bedside manner and will take time to listen to your concerns. She personalizes cosmetic procedures to each patient and produces great results. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the office environment is relaxing. I highly recommend!

Dr Czernik was knowledgeable, compassionate and detailed. She listened carefully, understood my concerns, made my diagnosis clear, and offered a clear plan of treatment and follow up.
