Dr. John Edelglass, MD

Always a positive experience at this practice. Everyone is professional, nice and friendly. (From the front desk to Kathleen-his sweet and professional assistant.) Dr. Edelglass is friendly, gentle, patient, and knowledgeable. Very down to earth! I have been going to him for many years, and will continue to until he retires- which I hope is not any time soon!

The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me when I stood at the window. I used the bathroom and sat and she still didn’t acknowledge me so I went to the window again, she still ignored me so I said that I wanted to check in. She still didn’t look at me but said to wait a minute she had to finish what she was doing. She was very rude. The medical assistant was great and so was Dr. Edelglass as always.

So I was seeing this doctor over a period of months for a skin rash issue. Each time, after a 40 dollar co-pay, he prescribed a different medication. None of them worked. Friday I called, told the person I would like a call from the doctor, as i saw no point in spending another 40 dollars to have him look at the same thing, and thought he could prescribe another drug after we spoke, otherwise the office should just send me the records. Monday the office called asking where I wanted the records sent. His refusal to call led me to not know if he required I come in, again, before prescribing, or if he had given up on the case. When did become too much to ask that a doctor make a 5minute or less call upon the request of a regular patient he had failed to cure, so a clear understanding could be reached?

Staff and Dr. Edelglass are always friendly and helpful. They taken their time with you as a patient. Never feel rushed. Great people.

Dr Edelglass is the best. He handles everything professionally and makes you feel comfortable when having it done. I actually look forward to my visits and knowing everything has been handled completely
