I work in the health care field, currently working toward my doctorate. The patient care I’ve received from Dr. Saloua is un matched. She is prompt, genuine, conscientiousness, and unbelievably kind hearted. When needed, I drive an hour to this office because I know I won’t find a doctor who loves helping people as much as she does. I also would like to recognize Ginny, who was covering for Saloua yesterday. She has helped me a hand full of times when needed while on call. I went to 3 urgent cares due to an abscess getting repeatedly infected. The last urgent care I told the APRN i knew i needed antibiotics bc i could feel an earache and inflammation She did not listen, but thankfully Ginny did. Ginny caries the same qualities as Saloua, kind, compassionate, and prompt. She calls back right away and has never left me in high water waiting for a call. You are the best Ginny. 😁

Doctor Saloua and the entire Alliance Medical Group Family in Woodbury are amazing to deal with. They are very kind and knowledgeable- always top notch service.

Saloua A.P.R.N. is very friendly and knowlegable. However the staff in the office are not very friendly and they are useless. My daughter had an ultra sound done back in Sept. I kept calling for the results and the receptionist said the results are on Saloua'a desk. It took the receptions 5 WEEKS to get back to us with the results. I asked for a copy of the results to be mailed to us and they weren't. I finally had to pick up the results myself otherwise my daughter would've been fired from work.

Love how attentive Dr Saloua is to her patients. She will always listen to you and give you the medicine you need to feel better. Sue, the nurse is also a doll.

This front desk staff is the absolute worst! The lady literally wouldn’t refill my prescription and said I told you last month to call the pharmacy! Then I tell her they cannot send over schedule two drugs and that she needs to send it on her end! Very very unprofessional will be reporting her for this!!!! Sad because Dr. Saloua , is great!!
