Dr Hannah Kim is excellent & their Xtrac laser treatment for my psoriasis has been life changing. I must also commend their amazing front desk staff - Sandy & Isabella - for their skill in handling patients, their welcoming approach & their ability to go above & beyond. I highly recommend this office!

I had a terrible experience at Schweiger Derm Group, despite my family being long-time patients there. Most recently, I was told I could pick up a prescription for my daughter at any time, but when I arrived—having left work early—I was informed that it was an expired prescription (a face wash!!), even though she had an office visit within the last six months (and even though earlier they confirmed that it would be available to me). This was also my second attempt to visit the office; the week before, I arrived at 5:40 PM only to find the doors locked, despite their advertised hours stating they were open until 6 PM. Overall, the lack of customer service has been disappointing. There are much better dermatology groups in the area.

I just started laser hair removal with Dr Sutton. I was very nervous about this experience and I have to say yes, it is painful, but Dr Sutton is a real gem. She does her best to make you comfortable, checks on you during the procedure, and answers all your questions. I've reached out a few times after my 1st treatment because I am still understanding what to expect and how to manage the skin post treatment. Dr Sutton has been patient and kind. I am excited for the results and getting through this journey. Highly recommend Dr Sutton

I’m very pleased with my experience. The front desk (Sandy, I believe) was great. Dr. Michaels and her assistant were extremely informative and helpful unlike other Dermatology groups I’ve had appointments with. Highly recommend!

Dr. Susun was extremely helpful and kind. I’ve had cystic and hormonal acne all year and after going to multiple dermatologists I’m glad to say I’ve found the right one. She explained my condition and medication very clearly, and was the first to prescribe me with medication that did not irritate my skin (she even mentioned that she uses it herself). I appreciate that Dr. Susun and her assistant took their time to understand my skin journey. I look forward to returning.
