Delaware Dermatology PA

I have been a patient here for over a decade. Dr. Andrews is phenomenal. He went to bat for me with my insurance for a medication I needed. He is so kind and attentive and just one of the friendliest doctors I've ever had. I love the nursing staff and reception. I am very happy with Delaware Dermatology.

Dr. Andrews is great. The staff is quite rude. I needed a refill on medication and the person "helping" me, said, "Ma'am, you haven't been here since 2018. Dr. Andrews can't order a medication for you without seeing you." Essentially, she scolded me, firmly, then bounced the problem into my court, without any sympathy or suggestion of how to resolve my problem. She didn't even ask what the problem really was. I had to prompt her by saying, "Can I make a new appointment?" The first appointment, for a refill on a medication that is already in my history, is 4 months from today. So unhelpful. I am taking my care elsewhere.

I have seen Dr. Andrews several times since we moved to Delaware. The entire staff, from the front office to his assistant etc. has been a very good experience. They are friendly, professional and caring. I have leukemia and have to stay on top of skin cancer. Dr. Andrews understands my fears and concerns. He listens to everything I express during my visits and explains everything to me. Dr. Andrews is very calming. He right away treated a spot on my ear that concerned me during my check up. When you leave his office you feel very secure and safe. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews to everyone.

Despite being booked out for several months, they were able to get me in due to a recent trip to the ER and subsequent referral to a dermatologist. I appreciated that and Dr. Andrews was very kind and made sure I knew what was going on and what we would be doing to treat it. The other staff members I dealt with were also very pleasant.

I've been going to Dr. Andrews since moving here in 2001. A very caring, and expert dermatologist, he has found and removed several skin cancers, along with some growths that weren't malignant but merely ugly. Staff has gone through some changes but the current group couldn't be nicer both on the phone and in person. And unlike many physicians he stays pretty much on schedule! Love the practice!
