It Is Well Healthcare and Medispa

I’m 83 years old and have been a patient for about 2 years. I had an appointment and they have a 5 minute rule. Well I was 6 minutes late and they refused to see me and then they sent me a bill for $25 because they said I was a no show. It’s not easy for me at my age to get up and ready and then run into school buses on the way. No consideration at all . I will now be changing my PCP. Not a happy patient.

I cannot say enough great stuff about It Is Well. I started going to Alexis on the Medi Spa side a couple months ago just trying to get on a solid skin regimen. The skin care routine she has me on has surpassed my expectations, which I will say I’m pretty particular. Alexis listens to your concerns , is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I will never go to another esthetician! I coincidentally was looking for a new PCP so I then started seeing Jessi. She takes her time, has amazing bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, honest & overall you know she genuinely cares for her patients. I liked her so much that my husband also started seeing her too, he too is picky and is happy that he also switched. All of the staff is friendly, professional and the facility all around is clean, calm & inviting. All around a top notch business that I am so grateful to have found!

I can't stop raving about this spa! Their services are nothing short of transformative. I used to feel so uncertain about my skin, but thanks to Alexis and the incredible team at Media Spa, I've seen remarkable improvements. I've tried nearly everything they offer—StemPeel, chemical peels, facials, Botox, and hair removal laser—and every single treatment has enhanced my aesthetics and well-being. The staff is beyond amazing. I adore them all: Amanda, Hannah, Maya, and my beloved Alexis. They genuinely care about their clients' well-being and self-confidence. Their dedication and expertise have made such a difference in my life. This spa is a true gem, and I can't recommend them enough!

My father and I have been patients since Amanda was with Camden Primary Care before she opened It Is Well. Over the past year her care has deteriorated to the point of causing harm. Today at a visit for my 88 year old father she became shockingly aggressive and threatening. Needless to say we won’t be going back and I am seriously considering reporting her behavior to the State licensing board.

Thought they were decent women physicians here. I was utterly wrong. Here I am being eaten alive literally from Bugs- mites- from an old restoration contract I received I went to the dermatologist they recommended , pathogens are displayed in pathology report, from biopsy And they need me to come in for another appt... in other words needs to make money. Byt they can't see me for two days. So instead of ordering an antiparasitic cream over the phone DR BOONE- Guess I'll have to hit up Tractor supply.. This is literally the worst physical and mental thing I've ever gone thru. I am loosing my mind, and the state of medicine and medical professionals is enough to make one take action. Despicable, honestly.
