Horrendous. Office staff is rude, aggressive. The receptionists had me in tears as I left the office, never making eye contact as they hurled insults in my direction. All I did was ask why they would not accept an electronic insurance card or a photo, as I had misplaced my hard copy. Worst patient treatment by office staff I have ever experienced. No communication. The office manager did not help. Oh, and then there were the blood stained gowns. Honestly, no words to describe the patient treatment by the office staff. Do whatever you can to find an alternative dermatology office.

I have become increasingly frustrated with this place! My daughter and I have both had multiple appointments canceled. When my appointment was rescheduled, I was given only one option which was the next day and that is not possible with work so they told me they could reschedule me again in another 3 months! I didn't cancel the appointment so making me wait 3 months is crazy. When I tried to take my daughter to her appointment this afternoon, there were two accidents so I tried to call and tell them we would be about 10 minutes late. The phones were turned off and they said they automatically turn them off on Friday afternoons. When we showed up the office was locked so we went to the other office and they said oh sorry, we should have told you that your appointment today was in a different office. When we walked in, we were 12 minutes past our appointment time and we explained we tried to call in and then had to try and find the office since our usual office was locked. The doctor then refused to see us. These doctors do not care about their patients at all!

This practice is a joke, and the only reason they stay in business is because a lack of providers including losing their own. They are constantly canceling our families appointments because they don’t have doctors. Or they reschedule us for an appointment and when we get to the office have the doors locked the phones turned off and so by the time we get ahold of someone 10 minutes later they refuse to see my small child whose been suffering for months. They literally should be reviewed for their horrible practices.

I am a patient of this practice. I called to make an appointment with my provider Angela Barber with a questionable spot on my face. I was told no appointments were available. I had to question what I was suppose to do with a suspicious specimen on my face. I was finally given an appointment several weeks out with a new person to the practice. This is not a valid resolution for a current patient with a concerning issue.

Other than how long it took to get appointment, which is nothing more than volume around here, my experience was stellar. Friendly reminders, courteous staff on check in and out and Angela Barber was very thorough with my 1st dermatology exam ever. I met Dr. Stickler who introduced himself, he did a facial once over on me( no noted problems), asked if there wany concerns once again. I did ask if I were to have any issues did i just need to call and Angela assured me that established patients would be seen as promptly as possible. I highly recommend Cape Dermatology.
