Naturally Well

I’m currently on vacation from out of state and wanted to do something for myself to relax. I searched the area and was immediately intrigued by Naturally Well. When walking in, the ambiance is so aesthetically pleasing. I chose to do the infrared sauna pod, the accessibility of using the pod was so easy and the staff was very attentive. I was able to adjust the settings on the pod myself for my body’s needs. After utilizing the pod, I felt very refreshed. My overall visit was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my Brazilian lymphatic drainage appointment with Stacey today. She is super skilled at what she does, and I appreciated learning about the process. Finished with the infrared pod, I felt like I could’ve laid in there for an hour. Super relaxing! I will definitely be back, will be using this as another tool to stay looking and feeling my best.

Stacey Rowe is amazing! I found her when searching for a therapist to perform lymphatic massage in the Lewes area. Stacey is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining her technique. As an added bonus - she treats you to 15 minutes in the sauna pod with red light therapy for your face. This was unexpected but definitely appreciated! I would highly recommend her if you are in need of lymphatic massage. She is great!

First impression walking in is that the overall atmosphere is so relaxing and warm. I did the infrared sauna wellness pod and the red light therapy and absolutely loved it! I felt energized and rejuvenated after. As someone who exercises regularly, I feel like my body needed this! The staff was so nice and attentive to my needs I will definitely be coming back!
