Renove Medical Spa

I have been a patient at this practice for nearly a year and received varying treatments. The estheticians routinely do not practice medical hygiene/infection control standards of care- I have viewed them wearing gloves used to treat patients, continue to wear now contaminated gloves to open/close a soft curtain (there are no doors), answer the phone, use a pen, and go back to treat patients. I have had to ask them in the past to wash their hands and change their gloves prior to my own treatment. They used hand sanitizer only and donned new gloves. On 2/17/25, I witnessed an esthetician apply numbing ointment to two patients in the open waiting area. She opened the tube with her gloves on (she was already wearing them when she entered the waiting room), applied the ointment to one patient’s lips with her gloved pointer finger on her right hand, went back to the tube with the same finger to get more product, and applied more. Then she went to the other patient and proceeded to do the same- using the same finger with the same gloves. She repeatedly squeezed more product out of the multi-use tube onto her (now contaminated) finger. She then placed the multi-use ointment on the counter in the reception area without the cap. She then went into the other room with her gloves still on. Another esthetician came out (also with gloves on), picked up the tube and asked if I wanted "numbing cream" for my visit. After watching the contamination of said cream, I declined. After my last visit, I will not return for I fear this deviation from standards of care has become pervasive and acceptable by the physician owner. Additionally, I went in last week under a 20% promotion. While at my appointment, I inquired about an additional, quick treatment option that has been complimentary with all of my previous treatments. Dr. Parsons confirmed it would be again, but the office manager then charged me $85. I have repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. I have no doubt that Dr. Parsons is unaware of billing errors and practice errors- but she should be since she is the physician and owns the practice. Attitude and practice parameters reflects leadership....

I have a family trait which includes multiple chins. I tried cool sculpting today. The ladies were very professional and helpful. Dr. Parsons answered all my questions before the procedure and it took about 45 minutes to have it done. I was apprehensive beforehand but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ty Renove!

I had a UL procedure. Each step of the process was clearly explained and I felt very comfortable and at ease. I’m seeing immediate results! Thank you Dr. Parsons and Marissa! The entire staff is wonderful!

This was my first time getting lip filler so I was very nervous but Dr. Parsons made me feel super comfortable. The procedure was quick and you can tell she is very experienced. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. I love my results so far!
