Emily Rockwell Skin Clinic

I love this place. Emily and Kelsey are both awesome. First time using services was, in the beginning of COVID due to the masks. My face was breaking out severely due to the masks. I met with Emily and she helped me resolve the issue. I later, went back and met with Kelsey for pigmentation. I was very insecure. When I had my consultation with Kelsey, I was almost in tears. Kelsey gave me the reassurance, that if I follow the steps my pigmentation would go away. I trusted her and with time, my pigmentation went away. Thank you so much for helping me resolve the issues that I had with my face/ skin.

Walking in to the clinic, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Always greeted with a smile! Beautiful and clean! Gab is amazing!!! Super professional and very knowledgeable! Her touch is very gentle- I never feel anything!! Her explanations are very detailed and I always love my results!!! I have never felt more confident! Thank you Gab!!!! ❤️

So I have to start off this review by saying, I will never go elsewhere!!!! I have been on the hunt for a skin clinic that does jelly roll Botox, for monthsssss! After many searches I came across Gabrielle Major on TikTok. I loved how thorough and professional she came across and commented on her video! She was so responsive to each and every one of my questions so I took my chances and called Emily Rockwell skin clinic, even though I live in New York, a whole 3 hours away! Upon my arrival to the parking lot I received a courtesy call from the receptionist making sure I found their building and suite, giving me step by step guidance on how to get to their suite. Upon arrival, I was greeted so kindly, offered water, and brought right in for pictures (of what my face looked like before!) I was then taken to Gabrielle’s room! And let me just say!!!! Impeccable! The room was so clean and so aesthetically pleasing to look at!! Gabrielle came right in, asked how I was doing! (Even asked about my dad- as I had mentioned he was undergoing cancer treatments via email when I was trying to coordinate my availability) I was honestly blown away by her kindness!! She explained everything she was doing during the process and made recommendations without pressuring me to receive additional services as many other clinics I’ve been to, have done! She was gentle, attentive, thorough and so knowledgeable!!! She spoke to me throughout the process to keep me calm and honestly the whole process was pretty pain free!!! I ended up receiving under eye filler, jelly roll Botox and mid face filler and was instantly happy with the results! Although I do understand the Botox will take a week or two to set, I’m already thrilled at how less tired I look and how much fuller my face looks! I could not say enough amazing things about Gabrielle and the Emily Rockwell clinic. I definitely intend on taking the 3 hour drive again in march for my next appointment, because she’s worth it!!! Syd was absolutely wonderful. This was my first facial with her. She changed my booked service to the facial that fit my skin’s needs. Put me on a customized skincare routine. And scheduled a series of services to get my skin to where I’d like it to be. She was not pushy in any way and her hands felt fabulous. I’m beyond happy.

I highly recommend the Emily Rockwell skin clinic! There are many services options available. I love my monthly facials, Sydney is absolutely amazing. The wonderful Emily does my filler and Botox which I live for! They truly work to develop the perfect skincare treatment plan to get/keep you looking great! I always feel so taken care of by these beautiful, kind, and down to earth women. The clinic has an upscale and calming vibe and every last person I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been a joy. The women at reception are lovely and always make scheduling appointments extremely easy. I love the knowledgable staff there, I’ve been to other aestheticians but they can’t compare to Emily and her amazing staff. I will be a patient for life.
